1. Who we are
Sendiflow is a software platform operated by Renovo Digital Innovations Limited (REDI), a company registered in Nigeria. Our registered address and contact details are available on request at hello@renovodigital.tech.
These Terms govern your use of the Sendiflow platform, including the web application, officer PWA, admin portal and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform").
2. Acceptance of terms
By registering an organisation account, accepting an invitation to join an organisation on Sendiflow, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
3. Eligibility
The Platform is designed for use by registered non-governmental organisations (NGOs), civil society organisations (CSOs), implementing partners and similar development-sector entities operating in Nigeria and other jurisdictions. Use by individuals for personal purposes is not intended and is not supported.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or accept an invitation on the Platform.
4. Account registration and security
Organisation accounts are created by a designated Organisation Administrator. Each user is issued their own login credentials. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access at hello@renovodigital.tech
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where there is evidence of misuse, security risk or breach of these Terms.
5. Free trial
New organisations receive a 30-day free trial with full access to the Platform. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires an active paid subscription. We will notify you before your trial expires.
6. Subscription and payment
After the trial period, access to the Platform is subject to a subscription fee. Subscription pricing is published on the Platform and on our website. Prices are stated in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
Payment is processed through our designated payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to ensure payment details remain current.
7. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose: the creation, routing, review, approval and management of internal and field reports within your organisation. You must not:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, fabricated or misleading report data
- Attempt to access data belonging to another organisation
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the Platform
- Use automated tools to access or scrape the Platform
- Share your login credentials with persons outside your organisation
8. Your data and content
All report content, figures and organisational data you enter into the Platform remain yours. You grant REDI a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services.
We do not sell, share or disclose your organisational data to third parties except as required by law or as set out in our Privacy Policy.
The AI-assisted report compilation feature improves the presentation of information provided by your staff. It does not create, invent or alter figures. Factual accuracy remains the responsibility of the reporting officer and their organisation.
9. Intellectual property
The Platform, its design, code, features and brand assets are the intellectual property of Renovo Digital Innovations Limited. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use REDI's intellectual property outside the Platform.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates or modifications at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REDI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data, revenue or goodwill.
Our total liability to you in any calendar month shall not exceed the subscription fee paid by your organisation in that month.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
